SHOPPING POLICIES

Colour on the Internet:

While pircosmetics.com  has tried to accurately display the colors of products, the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor and may not be accurate. If you have questions about specific colors, please email our Artists or Customer Service and we will get back to you right away with information to help you select the colors that are right for you.

Quality and Authenticity:
Pircosmetics.com  is committed to selling only the highest-quality products. All of the products available on our site are 100% authentic and have been authorized by, and purchased directly from, the manufacturer.

Product Usage
The products available from pircosmetics.com are intended for external use only unless otherwise specified and the sale of these products by pircosmetics.com  is not an endorsement of their effectiveness or health benefits. Please read carefully any inserts that accompany your products and use the product in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.

 

Return Policy

All sales are final. Under certain circumstances an exchange may be made by contacting customer service.

If you receive a product that you do not wish to keep, it must be returned to PIRcosmetics within ten (10) days of receipt.

When a product has been authorized for a return, the customer will be reimbursed for the product and taxes.PIR Cosmetics does not credit back on shipping. All exchange or return must be done with a seven days of purchase otherwise 15% of stocking fee involved.

Prior to returning merchandise please contact customer service for a return slip.
All goods must be received in their original package. For Hygiene reasons, we regret that we cannot accept returns on products that are used or tampered with.

With your return please include a copy of the original paperwork, along with a completed 'Return Slip'. If for any reason we feel that a good has been used or tampered with, a refund will not be issued. Refunds at all times and without limitation are at the discretion of pircosmetics.com .

Please ship returned products via REGISTERED MAIL, UPS or Fed Ex Ground /packaged so that goods are protected from damage.

Upon receipt of a returned product in its original condition and following inspection, a credit will be issued (to your credit card) with the exception of all shipping charges, taxes or duties. Please allow up to 30 days for processing of returns. When a refund is issued we will e-mail a confirmation. We suggest that the packaging that you received you order in be used for return of products and a shipping company that can track packages be used. 

 

WE SUGGEST THE FOLLOWING TO AVOID DUTIES ON RETURNED MERCHANDISE:

FOR PACKAGES BEING RETURNED  FROM CANADA AND UNITED STATES OR ANY OTHER COUNTRY PLEASE MARK ON YOUR WAYBILL 'RETUNED MERCHANDISE, ' NO COMMERCIAL VALUE', ALSO INCLUDE THE COPIES OF THE ORIGINAL PACKING SLIPS (3 IN TOTAL) ON THE OUTSIDE OF YOUR PACKAGE. ON THESE SLIPS PLEASE CIRCLE THE ITEM THAT IS BEING RETURNED, AND ADJUST THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF THE SHIPMENT TO SHOW THE DOLLAR VALUE OF THE ITEM(S) THAT ARE BEING RETURNED. PLEASE CHECK WITH YOUR COURIER FOR ANY FUTHER REQUIREMENTS.

Pricing & Taxes:

All prices are in US Dollars and US Dollars of your choice. Pircosmetics.com  is required by Federal Law to collect HST for canadien customers  (since our warehouse located in Ontario) on all goods shipped within Canada and P.S.T and G.S.T. on all goods shipped within the province of Ontario. Goods shipped into the United States are tax only for GST.

Shipping:

When purchasing products on pircosmetics.com and your have various delivery options. We ship using Purolator or Fed-ex Ground and your signature is required on all deliveries. We make every effort to ensure that products are delivered within the specified time frame, however we are not held responsible for late deliveries and we do not ship to P.O. Box Addresses.

We make every attempt to ship orders within 24hrs of receipt. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be shipped on Monday and tuesday
